Today I am making twice baked potatoes for the super bowl. i don't really like football but its fun to eat greasy food and scream at the tv like an idiot one day a year.

    I'm making a stuffed potato. Of course it has critter in it.....but lots and lots of veggies and chipotle, smoked paprika....yum
